By using BTCBUNCH, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BTCBUNCH ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms that may apply to specific features or services. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use BTCBUNCH, you must:

Be at least 13 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction)
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
Not be located in a restricted jurisdiction (as defined by applicable laws)
Not have been previously banned or suspended from the Platform
Provide accurate and complete registration information

Important: Users found providing false information or creating multiple accounts may be permanently banned without warning.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

Not share your password with anyone
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
Log out of your account after each session

BTCBUNCH is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.

4. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Automation & Bots

Using automated scripts, bots, or any form of cheating is strictly forbidden.

Multiple Accounts

Creating or operating more than one account per person is prohibited.

Exploiting Timers

Attempting to bypass cooldowns or claim timers is prohibited.

Reverse Engineering

Decompiling, reverse engineering, or attempting to extract source code.

Security Testing

Performing security scans, vulnerability probes, or unauthorized testing.

Identity Fraud

Using fake identities, stolen credentials, or impersonating others.

Additional Prohibited Activities:

Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users
Posting spam, phishing links, or malicious content
Attempting to manipulate token values or rewards
Using the Platform in violation of local laws or regulations
Reselling or transferring tokens to other users outside the Platform
Creating fake referrals or using self-referral schemes

5. Earning & Rewards

BTCBUNCH allows users to earn tokens through various activities. By participating, you agree to:

Complete activities honestly and without automation
Accept that rewards are subject to availability and may change
Acknowledge that rewards for third-party offers are subject to advertiser approval
Understand that tokens earned may be reversed if obtained fraudulently

Token Value: BTCBUNCH tokens have no real-world monetary value outside the Platform. They are not cryptocurrency, securities, or investment products.

6. Withdrawals

Users may request withdrawals of accumulated tokens subject to:

Minimum withdrawal thresholds (displayed on the Withdraw page)
Verification requirements (identity may be required for large withdrawals)
Processing fees (clearly displayed before withdrawal confirmation)
Anti-fraud review (withdrawals may be delayed for security review)

BTCBUNCH reserves the right to:

Deny withdrawal requests from accounts suspected of fraud
Reverse withdrawals discovered to be fraudulent
Hold payments pending investigation of suspicious activity
Adjust withdrawal methods or processors without prior notice

7. Termination & Suspension

BTCBUNCH may, without prior notice, suspend or terminate your account for any violation of these Terms, including but not limited to:

Use of bots or automated scripts
Creation of multiple accounts
Exploitation of platform vulnerabilities
Fraudulent earning activities
Abusive behavior toward other users or staff

Upon termination, any tokens remaining in the account may be forfeited at our discretion.

Zero Tolerance: BTCBUNCH operates a zero-tolerance policy for cheating and fraud. Offenders may be permanently banned without warning and without the ability to withdraw earned tokens.

8. Disclaimers

No Guarantee of Earnings: BTCBUNCH does not guarantee any minimum earnings. Your results depend on your activity and the availability of tasks.

Platform Availability: The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Third-Party Offers: Some earning methods involve third-party advertisers. BTCBUNCH is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of third-party advertisements.

Token Value Volatility: The value of tokens relative to real currency may change based on Platform conditions. We do not guarantee any specific exchange rate.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BTCBUNCH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Loss of tokens or earnings
Loss of data or account access
Inability to use the Platform
Actions of other users
Third-party advertiser fraud or non-payment

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount of tokens you have earned in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BTCBUNCH and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

Your violation of these Terms
Your use of the Platform
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any activity conducted through your account

11. Changes to Terms

BTCBUNCH reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

We will notify users of significant changes via:

Notifications on the Platform
Email (if you have provided an email address)
Announcements in our official Telegram/WhatsApp channels

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
